Standard site is 10' X 10' = $30.00 per day
Deluxe site is 10' X 20' = $ $40.00 per day
Electric (220V and or 120V) $5.00 / Water $5.00 ( per day each)
NOTE: You MUST advise us what electrical pigtail/outlet you require AND how many amps service IN ADVANCE !!!! (i.e. 120V @ 20 amps)
Note: Food booths MUST provide a list of food and beverage items to be sold. First menu requests will take precedent over later applications. The committee has the right to limit food items to ensure as little duplication as possible Food vendors MUST have current valid Board of Health permit by set up time Friday. Vendor employees MUST sign a worker's comp. waiver form provided by VCF. (Over)
The committee also has the right to refuse to allow or limit sales to certain items to adults and/or parents. For sharp instrument or device sales, contact a below listed committee member for determination. Not for profit (churches, scouts, etc), contact committee member for information.
Arts and Crafts mean that the items were made by the exhibitor. Otherwise it is considered a Commercial Booth Vendor site.
Set up will be Friday, after 10 A.M. local time and site removal will be no later than 6 P.M. Sunday EVERYTHING MUST STAY IN THE BOOTH/SITE BOUNDARIES !
